"Hi Bruce,
Back in May of this year, you gave my mom an estimate to do a job in the basement of her home at the subject address. At that time, mom was also planning to have a new concrete driveway, steps and walkway installed at her house. When you and I spoke, I asked whether or not we should have the concrete work done first before doing the work in the basement. You commented that we could have the concrete work done first, and if that solved our water problem, we didn't need to call you back. I wanted to let you know that we did have the concrete work done and it appears to have solved our water problem in the basement. I'm sending you this email to close the loop.

We thank you for taking the time to provide us the estimate. We appreciate your integrity. We wanted you to know that of the three contractors who provided estimates, you were the only contractor who suggested that we could have the concrete work done first, and if that solved our water problem, we didn't need to have waterproofing work done in the basement. We're going to hold on to your information in case we again see water infiltrating the basement. We will recommend you to friends and neighbors for an estimate should they need waterproofing services.

Thanks again."

"We were having groundwater seep through the basement floor slab in early 2020 and early 2021 (probably from combination of snow melt and heavy rainfall). Bruce has helped us battle this issue with progressive recommendations so we can be prudent with our repairs. Bruce has always been honest and comes highly referred from neighbors. We value his opinion and pragmatic approach. We're loving our new vertical float sump pumps as they're much quieter and have lowered the height of water in the sump well another 4 to 5 inches."

"Bone Dry Waterproofing installed a French drain and sump pump in our 100+ year old home. They were extremely professional, from the consultation with Bruce to the installation. After speaking with Bruce, we had all the confidence going into this project after he showed many examples of the job and explained in detail the steps that they would take. On the day of the install, they showed up on time, were extremely tidy and super efficient, completing the work in approximately 4 hours. Once the job was completed, they took the time to ensure we were happy with their work. Overall, the entire process from start to finish was amazing and we can’t recommend them enough."

"Bruce was on time, professional, and very helpful. We got 4 different estimates and opinions before completing our basement waterproofing. Bruce did a thorough walk through evaluation of our basement and determined we could get the same waterproofing results with half the work and half the price of our other estimates. Our basement has had no water issues since he completed his work last year. Highly recommend Bone Dry Waterproofing."

Description of Work: Installed partial French drain in basement.

Comments: They arrived at the scheduled time, started the work immediately. Went over and above by breaking down a workbench we no longer wanted and was in their way. They also took the wood from the bench out to the sidewalk. They did an excellent job, dud a great job covering the floor in the family room to prevent dirt from getting on the rug and made sure everything was left clean. They showed us the job when it was completed to make sure it was done correctly. They also used a special spray on the steps to prevent mold. I would highly recommend this company. They are very professional.

Comments: These guys were great. Bruce showed up for the estimate and was very knowledgeable and provided a list of all their customers to call as referrals, which included two people I knew and who I know had not been given anything in exchange for the recommendation. The system was installed on time and when there was a problem about six months later, they showed up within 24 hours to rectify the issue. I would definitely recommend them!

Description Of Work: Our primary sump pump in the basement failed, so the backup battery-operated pump kicked in, along with an alarm sound. I called Bruce on a weekend. He got back to me promptly, walked me through the diagnostic procedures while he waited on the phone, and figured out the problem, a bad switch on the primary pump. He came out the next day, installed a switch for free (on warranty). I asked him to inspect both of the pumps, since we rely on them to keep the basement dry. The battery-operated pump was old, and he recommended a new one. He also said there was a new type of primary pump, and that since our primary pump was nearly off warranty, we might think about it. We decided to buy the two pumps, primary and battery-operated. He came back and installed the pumps. He also set up our original battery pump as a 2nd backup, just in case. He explained to me how to operate the pumps, labeled everything clearly, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.

Comments: Excellent (see above). We are thoroughly satisfied with the way Bruce helped us over the phone on a weekend, his excellent-quality service, and the well-done installation of the new pumps.
